New to CrossFit?
We know that walking into a gym that first few times can be a daunting experience. That’s why we intentionally keep the group sizes small and personal. You’ll get individual, expert coaching and before long you’ll feel right at home.
To get you started we’ll organise some introductory sessions where we’ll teach you the fundamentals. These can be done one-on-one or you're welcome to bring a friend for moral support.
After that, you'll be all set for your first workout of the day "wod". We promise you’ll be CrossFitting like a pro before you know it.

We offer flexible membership options because we know things can change. However we recommend you commit to at least 12 weeks so you can see the differences that CrossFit will make in your life.
